Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method:

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Asia-Pacific: 7–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

3. Shipping Costs

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes once the package arrives in the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Wrong or Lost Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first.

  • GiftLandmark is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • If your item is lost in transit, please contact us at info@giftlandmark.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
