At GiftLandmark, every product is made uniquely for you through our personalized print-on-demand process. Because each item is custom-created based on your design, size, and preferences, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

We encourage you to carefully review your order details (including design, spelling, color, and size) before completing your purchase.


Exceptions – When We Do Offer a Replacement

While we cannot process returns for change of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer, we will gladly replace your item in the following situations:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • You receive the wrong item compared to what you ordered.

  • There is a printing error that does not match your approved design.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@giftlandmark.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Photos showing the defect, damage, or error

Our team will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds or replacements if:

  • You change your mind after the order is placed.

  • You provide incorrect details (such as wrong name spelling, size, or shipping address).

  • Slight color variations occur due to monitor display differences—this is considered normal in print-on-demand production.
